Getting a 404 error when trying to download BWEP Airports, Package B.

Try this link:
https://return.mistymoorings.com/bwep/index.php (https://return.mistymoorings.com/bwep/index.php)
I think you are pointing at the "old" page. (from the beta testing)

Nope. Get this by navigating to:
Here2There
BWEP
BWEP Airports - by RTMM Team (Refreshed 08.04.2019)
And clicking on the B zip
https://return.mistymoorings.com/bwep/BWEP%20Airports-New/BWEP%20Airports%20Default%20PAVD.zip
Doesn't matter if I use a Chrome or IE browser, so it can't be a bad cache problem.
Steve
Someone else mentioned getting a 404 error at the top of the BWEP page that Dieter didn't get. Something odd here.
-
I've downloaded it from the "Features" are of the home page (below the top table), from the right-hand column, and from the BWEP Airports on the Scenery Page. I need to know if anybody else is having ap problem with this ... did you click on the link I just gave you in the previous post and that gave you the 404 too?

Clicking on Steve's link gave me a 404 error page.
Following his instructions and navigating to the link and clicking it also gave a 404 error.
Clicking on Doug's link and scrolling down to the link and clicking it produced a downloaded zip.

Scratching my head now. ???

Thanks Jeff. At least I know I'm not the only one!

Note: Steve's method of access goes through the "Here To There" page. The problems with the 404 error depend on how you try to get to the BWEP page. I believe all accesses to the BWEP page work at the moment except accessing from the "Here To There" page which sends you to an older BWEP page with a readme button that generates a 404 error.

OK, let's try this from scratch
Start at the Home Page, https://return.mistymoorings.com/
Click on Here2There, which take you to https://return.mistymoorings.com/here_to_there/
Click on the BWEP box, which takes you to https://return.mistymoorings.com/bwep/index2.php
Click on the "Read Me" box inside of the NOTAM box with red type, which takes you to https://return.mistymoorings.com/bwep/docs/NOTAM%20-%20For%20Previously%20Installed%20BWEP.txt, which is a 404
Same thing happen when trying to navigate to the BWEP Airports "B" link.
Steve
Just tried navigating to the BWEP section on the Home Page link to BWEP section in the right hand column lower down on the page and the links work fine. It's as Rod says, navigating via Here2There has problems.

This thread should be moved to the website discussions. (also the BWEP readme thread, too)

DOUG The BWEP ICON on the "Here to There" page is reflecting a link to the old test page (https://return.mistymoorings.com/bwep/index2.php).
THIS Link has to be changed to the finished page: https://return.mistymoorings.com/bwep/index.php.
All downloads on that BWEP page work without issue including the readme popup at the top.
(The readme links is: https://return.mistymoorings.com/bwep/docs/NOTAM%20-%20For%20Previously%20Installed%20BWEP.pdf
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note: The BWEP Link on the main scenery page is directing to the correct page: https://return.mistymoorings.com/bwep/index.php

Thanks, Jeff ... moved the thread (first time I've tried that).
The Here2There page and table have NOT been 2019 REFRESHED yet. No sense in getting that one all done when the links are changing so quickly as we work on the various web pages. That will be one of the next areas of work since we have most of the linkage changed.
For now, to get to any of the major features of the site ... go to the HOME PAGE, scroll down to the FEATURES area and click on BWEP there. Or use the right column of the home page to find BWEP and click there. Or use the SCENERY PAGE under BWEP and click on that scenery location link. I've fixed the link on the Here2There page ... but I'm sure there are MORE on that page that are in question.
Garry is helping clean up the verbiage on the whole web site ... in readme's, in the scenery tables on the scenery page, etc. I'm putting in his corrections and the result "behind us, in our wake" is pretty darned good. Just changing all of that is a lot of work, but WORTH the effort. And we are keeping up the version.txt on adjusted locations and the individual location's maintenance page.
Sorry about the bad link...

You have to change the web page on the web server to no longer reference the image.
If you can’t change the web server page, you can only avoid the error by not accessing that page.

2 years later ;D you got a Peugeot : 404

I see the 404 error ... but what did you click on to get to that 404 ... I'm having trouble finding the broken link. Let me know and I'll fix it for you.

Good morning Doug. FYI this thread is 2 years old. I don't think it is relevant in 2021. ;)

Thanks Jeff, I was just making sure there wasn't a loose end.

:o I'm so confused by the person that revived this thread, lol. Possibly a bot, will keep an eye on the account.

Wow, a quote from the future! To them everything must be the "old' page. ;D
