Title: RTMM Libary and Objects 01:12:19 update

I realise RTMM requires the New RTMM Libraries part IV, but what is the above file I downloaded yesterday which is now no where to be found. Are the updates required, or just the Part IV install?

You're OK if you previously downloaded and installed both sets of files. They're both now incorporated into  RTMM Libraries part IV download so the old link was removed. You are fine.
