Good day fellow RTMMers
2 queries:
Is UKVFR lib required?
Does anyone else have trouble with the Ketchikan ferry? I've had the s/w for about 2 years, used it many times and I've only seen the ferry twice. (Those poor passengers waiting on the road!)

In a nutshell, if you have all of the RTMM libraries installed then you have everything you need UKVFR-wise as far as our scenery needs are concerned.

I will go one step further and say that a separate UKVFR library could interfere with our libraries since we upgraded the UKVFR objects that are contained in our libraries to work with the latest versions of P3D. The old UKVFR library objects will not display in the latest versions of P3D.

Duly noted. Thanks to you both for responding.

Good news everyone! I deleted UKVFR and the PAKT ferry is there!! Can't thank you both enough. I'm a happy camper.
-
Premature excitement. I just activated PAKT v115 and that seems to remove the ferry. Is this possible?
-
Well it seems that activating PAKT v115 deactivates the Ketchikan Ferry. Everything else is there - passengers, vehicles etc..
Any ideas on how to solve this anyone?
Thanks.

FYI, the cars and walk-on passengers are not "part" of the ferry. I made them as addons for the ferry, but they are separate items. Eye candy. ;)

just a quickie - in the project 144 folders is a file 'trafficBaltiysk.bgl'
I assume this is not to be used for ketchikan and I can delete this?
thanks.
jeff - long time no reply! apologies. and jolly good eye candy it is too!

Hmmm, this file is not part of "PAKT Ferry.zip" which is in the RTMM scenery download.
I assume you downloaded the ferry file somewhere else (maybe AVSIM.RU ?) The download there has your mentioned file in the package
-
Yes I think I did. That would explain it.
Thanks.
