Hello,
LM has P3dv4.2 Released. It can be download d from their homepage.

There will be certainly updates for third Party addons be needed.
So maybe it‘s best waiting a few days till these updates are aviable.

will v4.2 play well with tongass fjords and RTMM though?

Yup - If you had Tongass setup correctly for P3Dv4x and updated with the Tongass AI traffic model updated fix installed found here RTMM Page: http://return.mistymoorings.com/getting_started/index.php#9 (http://return.mistymoorings.com/getting_started/index.php#9))  then you should have no issues with Tongass in P3Dv4.2x.

(The biggest issue running Tongass in P3Dv4 was the CTD caused by older AI traffic models that were not compatible with the sim) but once that was updated - (Thanks to Steve Weinkamer, Dex Thomas, Rod Jackson) all is good in the world of Tongass.

lol Steve.. Bonus I guess.. (You are shown on the credits..lol..)  Anyways..lol. Rod sent me the fixes last summer and I got to test the new models on my sim and it sure fixed me right up!. And Rod even got that 206 Helo working which kind of ad a bad title name to fire up..lol.. but in any event Tongass is all good for v4x .

I installed P3dv4.2 today......not a complete new install..just updated the client and content.

First flight looked good to me.

Things most important for me:
V4.2 improves Virtual Reality and
offers a new helicopter - Sikorsky CH53E Super Stallion -
