When I got ready to check out after purchasing a download of Germany North this morning I came to the box about using FSS reward points. You know those points awarded to you when you buy a product from the FSS. Normally I always ignored those things.
Well this time it turned on a light because on Nov. 1 when ORBX Direct becomes the only method to purchase their scenery that small perk will NOT be part of the process according to the thread about ORBX DIRECT. In effect you lose them. 8-)
I only had 330 points saved up but using them all for the Germany scenery saved a booming $3.30. No I'm not sure if that is AUD or USD but at least its enough to buy a 6 pack!!!
