Here you go, Klaus.  The Eurocopter X3.  250+ mph (410+ kph)! She hit 267 mph (430 kph) back in May 2011.

Where can I buy the X3?......... ;D ;)
Some time ago I saw a video of it`s Maiden Flight....The two side-Props had some bad vibrations there!
...seems Eurocopter worked on it!.... choppers are now faster than trains!!!!!.... ;)
