ORBX has started to accept pre-pay orders for the FTX Gold Central Rocky Mountain scenery area that will get you a 15% discount when the software is released at a later date.  That comes out to $37.26 USD.  Be aware that there will be some international fees for credit card purchase I'm sure but around $40 is not bad.
Do not know how long before it will be released but usually takes around 6 weeks or so after announcing pre-pay.
