CTD with MilViz DHC-2 Beaver in P3Dv4.4
« on: December 30, 2018, 01:58:46 PM »
The P3D 4.4 client update seems to cause a problem for MilViz aircraft that have the weather radar panel.  See: https://milviz.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=150&t=10217

I changed the entries in dll.xml and panel.cfg (in the folder and area for the specific model I fly) as suggested by this link on the MilViz forum and that seems to get around the problem.

If anyone needs more specific details on the fix, let me know.

There is an update for WX Radar from Rex which will do most planes in P3Dv4.4
There is however another update for WX Radar available from Milviz which takes care of the DHC2,3 and Turbo
These updates can be run side by side
See xxd09 posts in appropriate Rex and Milviz forums
