I go to urgent care diagnosis severe sprain n' hairline fracture of some itty bitty bone I've never heard of, So now here I sit foot elevated, lots of ice for 2 or 3 days and then a week or 2 with a walking cast. Virtual flying is definitely safer, I've never fallen out of the chair, even after having some scotch
