     The MFC webpage reports 26/12.02 flights/hours for me, but cigarbox has been at 13/5.16 for a few weeks now.   
The cigarbox logbook shows 26 flights accepted.  Refresh button does not change pilot info.

You guys referring to the Name Plate Badge on Cigar box? And if so that badge #Flights and Total Hours does not reflect the MFC site stats shown in your pilot's record?
Hmmm. might have been a weekend lag or something. Give your cigar box a shutdown and Log off the MFC site.

Log back into the MFC site, login in cigarbox... and compare notes.

I didn't fly all weekend as I was away (My last flight was on Thurs May 24) and my pilots info badge does match my MFC stats as of that flight.

Did that before I posted, still shows 3 flights and 1.15 hours. I now have a badge showing 30 hours and a level 2 grade. It show MFC-1.

Doesn't really matter, just thought you ought to be informed just in case you were bored while on vacation..

I am not sure what is going on, when I have seen this before a refresh is all that is required....obviously not the case this time.  Please check something for me.  When you open your pilot profile, the hours and flights are displayed and I have never seen a error here (in 5 years or so of doing this).  I assume this is where you are seeing your total hours and flights.  Now, look down at pilot options and select "view my badge", is the information there the same as what you are seeing on your profile, or the incorrect information you are seeing in Cigar Box.  The answer will tell be where to look.

Thank you for your understanding, but it is our intention to get all of this working the best we can.  There will always be a few things that are not perfect, it's the nature of the program and the fact that it is developed by volunteers and is free to use. I know there is a problem with Top pilot, it has been going on since it was first introduced many years ago and despite a number of "fixes" it isn't fixed or even being close to being fixed....but we can hope.  Let me know the answer to the question and I will report back.

Hi Henry,
     My "Pilot Badge" shows the same OLD info that is displayed in cigarbox.  So my pilot badge is not updating, right?  Cigarbox is showing this badge like it is suppose to, but the badge is not up-to-date.

I think you will have the same results as Jeff and it is what I suspected.  Cigar Box picks up the badge, so now we know the problem isn't with Cigar Box.  That was the easy part.

The hard part is that the code is the same for all pilots, so I one pilot has the problem, all pilots should have the same problem.  Apparently that isn't true, so the question become what do you and others that are showing the problem have in common that is different from the others? 

I will take a look at the settings and the code to see if something has changed, but in Steve's case, this has been going on a while.  As I have time, I will take a better look.

     FYI, inspecting my MFC Profile badge webpage reveals an error on line "97" of the badge.

Interesting feedback.  Just for the record, this is an isolated problem, both Norm and I are not seeing it as are others, but a few are having issues that are hard to explain.  The code that produces the "badge" is the same for all pilots, and therefore in theory, if it works for one, it works for all.  The error on line 97 may help a whole bunch....I will look at it as soon as possible

My wife has just had knee replacement surgery, so life is a bit convoluted at the moment.....but I will get to it.  For now, the good news is that your statistics in your profile are correct, just the badge is not. 

If anyone else is having this or for that matter another issue, please chime in.
