No worries Steve.. and not really to much different. The FSX method that Spud described is almost the exact same in any and all of the sim versions: P3Dv1234x. Just in P3D the tab is referred to as "Navigation".
So do the following to go there.
1. Before you can go to the location, ensure the scenery is installed in your sim first. Once done you can go to Inconnu Lodge (CAD2) with no problem and see all of the sites.
2. After scenery set up in your sim, Start your sim and load up any flight or create your own. CAD2 Inconnu will now be present an an airport in the sim's airport data base. Then when your sim is loaded up at any location for a flight, just go to the "Navigation tab" then select "Go to Airport:
3. Enter the Inconnu or just CAD2 as the ICAO,
If you want to Choose your starting position:
Active Runway
12
25 (water)
30
7 (water)
DOCK 1--GA
DOCK 2--GA
DOCK 3--GA
Tower View
If you don't choose any specific starting location the sim will place you on the active. (In this case water!!) so put on your float/or amphibian first)
Click OK and your sim will you at Inconnu Lodge ICAO (CAD2).. voila the sim will move you over to CAD2. (See pic attached)
Now if you create a flight plan to start at CAD2, then you can just load it up and your sim will start you there.
