Tongass Aircraft

Hi All
Got Tongass installed at last !!
All looking good
Only flaw -Tongass aircraft do not show in Aircraft Settings ie Dash7,Bell etc
They are there inP3Dv4/SimObjects and V1.1 update installed
P3D v4.1 appears not to see these planes
Anything I could try?

Still at a bit of a loss as to what more I could do to make these Tongass planes appear
Put them in P3Dv4 AddOns?

They are AI aircraft!  Do your other AI aircraft show up to be selected?

AI Aircraft do not show up in my FSX or P3Dv4 setup!
I really had never noticed this lack in my FSX setup because I have so many other DHC-3 and DHC-6 models from other publishers -possibly more detailed -and costing money-therefore noticed and flown.
Not really too bothered about the miss of these planes/rotorcraft in FSX or P3D but wanted the satisfaction of completing the total install!

They would be in the Tongass higher priority folder.  I have moved mine to the aircraft folder.   Do a
search for AI_DeHavilland_Dash_7_Cargo_TFX and see if you can find them.

I used the Avsim Poppet instruction and they were placed in the P3Dv4.1 /SimObjects/Airplanes
I can see them there

Glad that you found them.  don't forget to check Rod's updates for the DHC-2 and the Dash 7. The models
were updated to work in P3Dv4..

Done all that is possible re updates
Shame the Simulators (P3D and FSX) does not activate the AI planes
Not a critical item because so many other rather more detailed planes available
Will leave it for the moment

Just a thought - if you see no ai traffic you possibly have a fs9 flight plan lurking somewhere.
You can't mix fsx and fs9 plans.

Upped the sliders in Traffic in P3Dv4.1
Now sitting at Sitka PASI watching the Dash 7 taking off!
All other planes appeared at rest,taking off, in the air and landing!
Tongass install complete
