Looks like it might be a little hard it get into some places, but I bet it can handle Misty's place just fine. It rounds off a good, very nice quality free package if you get the Eaglet LSA demo form Ants's Airplanes :D

Screenshots were to big for the forum, but it looks great!

Takeoff distacne was 600 feet, landing about 700. Pretty good for a little trainer if you ask me! ;)

The panel looks a little comliczted for some of us used to 'bout 3 gauges, but looks managable.

Umm, Ryan, it's glass not steam. It's all there.

Here's AOPA take on the C-162.  Just another made in China product that didn't pan out.

Sue, I meant the glass panel may be complicated for some of us who are used to having three steam gauges, like a cub.

Spud, it's kind if like a super 152. Why buy an overpriced 2 place glass cockpit trainer when you can get a nice 152 for $25,000?

Also, Milton Shupe is converting lots of his FS9 aircraft to FSX native. Right now, he is working through the Aero Commanders. He completed the beat-up AC500 (the one covered in mud) but also the AC520 and the AC560A(HC). The AC500  flies pretty much like a 185, and the second two are faster with higher compression engines and I think one is turbocharged.  They have much better flight dynamics and textures then the port-over version from the past.

You will need a Sim-Outhouse account to DL right now, but they will spread onto other sites quickly as well.

First one AC500, then AC520 and lastlky AC560A(HC)

The 162 is like a J-3 with tricycle gear and a glass  cockpit and flaps.  No yokes, just sticks.  Nice little
bird to practice your pattern skills.
