Well, until folks start reading it the Library order question will continue to be repeated. I have had my Library order set up the same way for years and rarely experience any problems.
In conjunction with the Guide outline there is the Insertion Points in FTX Central v3 that need to be set correctly.
With my Library arranged per the table I have FTX inserted below OZx_NA (I have OZx scenery installed). Additionally the openLC is inserted below Tongass_Fjords.
