This raises a question: Are you moving the textures to a different folder from the original texture folder located in the RTMM Object LibraryFSXP3D texture folder for some reason? I'm asking because since you have the object, which is the black blob, and the textures aren't showing, I'm thinking that maybe you've separated the two related sub folders, scenery and texture. I'm also wondering about this because in your past issue you mentioned something about copying textures, which you shouldn't need to do. (Unless you unzipped the downloaded library somewhere else and copied the entire library, lock, stock and barrel, as is into your Addon Scenery folder.)
Your folder structure should look like this:
RTMM Required Libraries Part II
RTMM Object LibraryFSXP3D
Scenery
Texture
All of your textures should be in the texture sub folder, stay in there, and not moved to anywhere else.
