unlocked window disappears

Something strange happens when I fly the DC3 of DC3 Airlines.
I highlight the throttle quadrant and unlock the window. I want to move that window to my 2nd monitor and halfway the process, that window turns completely black. Any idea what could be wrong?

Try right clicking in a corner of the black screen after you move it over. My GPS does that all the time.

My GPS does that too and then the mouse goes hour-glass. Right click and then left usually works too. Then sometimes it disappears and can't get it back till restart.

Very weird all this.
But indeed, I tried clickig the right mouse button a couple of times; nothing happened; swiped the window back to the main monitor; image recovered and from then on moving to 2nd monitor was no problem anymore.
Magic...

Glad it worked. Yeah, I get the hourglass, too. Sometimes if I have Plan-G up on the second monitor and undock the GPS over it, it disappears if I do anything else. I've found that if I drag the Plan-G window back and forth it re-appears. LOL. That would only make sense to somebody who's "been there, done that".

 I've ceased to expect flight sim behavior to make sense. Flight sims are notional beasties !
