Landmark Gap visit
« on: November 04, 2016, 09:11:32 PM »
As I begin to rebuild my RTMM scenery I start with the latest offering.
Landmark Gap Resort.  Just dropped off a couple of fishermen and the mail.

Glad to be about half way back at least.  Now if WIN 10 would just stop mucking about with changing every cotton picken' screen I just got used to I'd be happier than a roach on a dung pile.   >:(

I now have to log unto my own computer when I boot up.  Never before in my life was that little bit necessary.  I've tried searching for the solution but it seems as I'm the only "account and administrator" on the computer it is just 'tough titty'!!!    :'(

I hate that, just ran into it myself ... if you download anything from Microsoft and use your password, then it resets that you need a password for Win 10.

Press the "windows key" and "R"
Put into the open: box ... "netplwiz.exe and press OK
A new box comes up with your user name in in the box.
UNCHECK the "Users must enter a user name and password to this computer"
Click on APPLY

A new box comes up with your user name in the top box. Put in your Microsoft Password and confirm it, then press OK.  You won't have to log in again.

Let me know if this works for you.

Doug,
your a gentlman and scholar!  ;D

I had found that same info on the net and it would not work earlier.  For some reason it just putted right along and now I have control of my computer back.  Just like for the past 20+ years!
Meet ya at Misty's (when I get it re-installed and the beer is on me.
(I assume I'm ok until the next time WIN10 updates.)
