Effects, sounds and traffic

Hello all,

I recently had to reinstall everything due to an upgrade of OS to W10
In the process I lost the disk with P3D on it.
But I was able to preserve the folder with my sceneries wich include all the RTMM to the date.
That was a lot of work to get installed. :P
So I lost the RTMM sounds, efects and traffic.
Is there a quick way to get this installed back or do I have to go through all the sceneries again?

     There you will find the sounds of Misty's, AI traffic, aircraft repaints, etc.  Let me know if this is not what you're looking for.   :-\
