Graham ... I downloaded a "gas tanker" that looked like it had a similar "bridge" ... said it was pilotable, but you could just turn it ... no autopilot. I imagine this is the same.  Thanks for the info, I'll look at it.

Were you using the autopilot on that one? Looked like you were right on the mark when the gps came up.

Yes, I was on my "PF21 to PAW1 route on the GPS.  The one for the sailboat races.  I've got 'er tracking pretty good now, but still needs tending on the tighter angles.  I have a few videos to post of that run, where I was racing the sailboats.  They were going about 74 knots, so was a challenge to catch and pass them.  Very exciting to pass them at about 76-80 knots, close quarters.  I think you'll enjoy those vids.  I had fun making them.  I was experimenting with background music, instead of using a music track.  I don't like youtube to censor my song choices.  I figure It's not illegal if I'm listening to music while I play the sim, right.  These pictures were taken before the race, with the Queen Mary II in the background.  The last pic is my new DSS Maltese Falcon. (has working sails).

That's the Deltasim Studio Smit Rotterdam heavy tug.
I want one of those!  And now that I figured out the autopilot mystery, I can move on.  "Floatseeing" tour routes are on my mind.  Running along the coast, from place to place. Maybe some going to the mouths of the rivers.
Here are the "floatplans" for the Wrangell trip.  I've been using them to work on the autopilot project.  If you downloaded my original zip from the other post (5 people did) these are edited to avoid obstacles, and there's also an alternate route from Wrangell back to Misty's Seaplane base.  There is a Plan-G generated version of "Misty's Place to Wrangell" in there also .
