@#$%^! Computer is gonna get kilt!
« on: April 18, 2016, 04:51:21 PM »
Well I got the computer back from the shop and although they tried their best to "save" my installed files nothing is working correctly and in an attempt to get things going I tried  a "Repair" of FSX which took way too long to accomplish and the re-installed FTX Global (an FSX Repair re-installs the default textures over the top of Global) and now FSX won't even start.
That and all the rest of the weird things I'm experiencing is at the point I'm going to replace the HD.  Perhaps the Tec Advanced guru's can save my files but it appears a 'do over' will be facing me in the very near future.
See Ya someday :P :(

Ah, the hard lesson and devastating consequences of not making regular images of your drives.

Speaking of AR's, a while back I seen a video of how the military having problems with their HP printer and after numerous phone calls to HP Support, a real oxymoron, they video taped their response  while shooting said printer, though they used what looks like an M60 I'm sure the end result would be the same with a AR

Busy, busy, busy,   :o
working on ORBX goodies ATM, so far so good but I'm a long way from home!  :-[
Sure will be glad to get into RTMM scenery and past these hours long downloads of ORBX.
See ya 'round the bend!   ::)

All ORBX Payware I own is up and working!  Looks like OZx and RTMM are looming in the background.  One problem I notice with so much backup on the computer ATM I'm 2/3 of the way through a TB drive :-[
