I've been sticking with Laphroaig for a while, but I know it's not for everyone.  I've never heard of Speyburn, might have to give that a try!

Back to regular programing after a wee short <Clink> of the glasses.. Scotch.. well.. there is a few!!... just found a nice one.. It's Highland Park 12 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky - Style - Medium & Smoky -  Medium amber-gold colour; caramel, ginger and spice aromas; rich, almost sweet on the palate with a creamy texture; long, spicy finish. But a wee pricy in Canada - $74.95 CAN
