DX10 and the "v" indicator
« on: November 27, 2015, 04:28:55 PM »
A couple of months ago I upgraded my system and built a setup a new computer.
Everything runs well so far - except one thing...

During this process I switched to directX 10.
As a result the little "v" indicator comes along in a dark red-brownish insted of a bright red.
Is there any chance to fix it?
It's important to me, because while using my fight deck in full screen view mode (without any cockpit views), it's easier to fly with the indicator.
Any help is appreciated.

Many thanks in advance
Tommy

No need to do so...

Everthing else is displayed well.

Except the axis indicator on the screen.

Is there any bmp or jpg replacement available that works with DX10?
and where can I find the the fsx file?

best regards
Tommy

Are you using Steve's DX10 Fixer? If so, open the DX10 Controller, select the "Other" option and check the "Axis Color Fix" box.

Guess what? That's exactly what I did this evening ;D
I never took a look to that section of the DX controller.
Please don't ask me why...
...How embarrassing ::)

Let's call it *solved!*  ;D

Thanks for your help guys.

Best regards
