Broken links Medical Dispatch E047B

The links for the Instructions and Local Map are broken on the Medical Download Page.  The files are working in the dispatches download however.

Got it, forgot to put up the "E-Folder" for 47B.  It is there now.  I also changed the wording to make it more realistic on the emergency dispatch. They way I had worded it, the controllers would have had a last fix, now they have only TIME and DIRECTION with the Radio transmission.  Also put in the topo map.  Thank you, Spud.
