OK, I may have an answer to the heli mystery, or at least part of it. As nearly as I can tell (by running the bgl through MCX) there are a number of missing textures in the texture folder. I have a copy of RTMM_EH101_SAR from the RTMM object library dated 7/18/2013.
Missing textures are:
GLOBALENV_AC_GLASS_T.DDS
GLOBALENV_AC_GLASS_SPEC_T.DDS
GLOBALENV_AC_CHROME_32.DDS
fx_2.bmp
EH101_PILOT_SPECULAR.DDS
DECAL_NNUMBER.DDS
EH101_01_T_BUMP.DDS
GLOBALENV_AC_CHROME.DDS
EH101_02_T_BUMP.DDS
EH101_03_T_BUMP.DDS
EH101_04_T.DDS
EH101_05_T.DDS
EH101_06_T.DDS
Based upon the above, the heli looks incomplete. Therefore I'm sure this is why when Rod looked at object he decided to leave it out during the conversion process.
Jeff,
If you have copies of the missing textures, we could reconstruct this. If not, maybe we could substitute it for a different heli in our library (which might be a lot easier in the long run.)
Also, judging from what I see I'm thinking that you must have converted a flyable EH101 aircraft into a static model for use as an object.
