The Real Air Scout Amphibian is a nice flying amphibian and has good visibility.  I can agree with the Aerosoft Beaver being a great bush aircraft.  The Carenado C185F Bush package offers an amphibian version as well.

Hi Steve,
     Yes, I have found that I love the amphibians most of all.  I never worry about finding a place to land.  To fly out to a secluded lake and glide to a stop on the misty morning water is a beautiful thing.   8)

I settled on the C185 Bush set.  Short enough landings with the wheeled versions, pretty good outside vision, and float, amphibian, and ski versions to take on any conditions.  With a Reality XP gauge set installed it's probably as good as it's going to get.

BTW Steve:  Nice paint jobs on the two C185's.  Very attractive!!   ;D
