OK Terry, I am going to send Doug my effects folder and he will make it available to you and we will go from there.

Just a suggestion: back up your current effects folder and save the copy somewhere safe. Then when you get the new effects folder from Dex and Doug, copy those files into your existing effects folder and overwrite files if/when asked. If something goes wrong or doesn't work, restore your existing effects folder and ask for more help. You don't want to lose any effects that may be independent of anything that RTMM provides. Just my 2 cents.

Will do, Thanks for the advice. By doing this, I assume any files I already have that are not in the new folder can be placed there by copying the old files back? is this the case? Sorry to be so dumb over this, but please make allowance due my age..LOL. I sometimes start to do something and forget what I was doing.. Terry.

Thanks Dexter.. Success!! we have liftoff! the effects folder fixed the problem. I think perhaps it was the cfg file that was corrupt. What I did was to remove my effect folder to the desktop and drop your copy into my system, checked the result and the wakes were showing, so I then copied my effects from the desktop into your folder skipping any that were already in there.. Bingo..I am up and running again..
I have some FX files in the folder now that are obsolete, as you have different addons to me, but that really does not matter as they take up very little space on the HD. Thanks heaps for all your efforts People.Teecee.
