Text change needed in Library download page

Just noticed that on the links in the Library download page the link to the FTX/ORBX Scenery Libraries says it is third from the bottom of the page.  ORBX issued a new page on their site and now the libraries are at the top of the page.  Might want to correct the text we have concerning the ORBX Libraries location.
