No idea how many of us girls there are out in the flight sim community but i reckon you could count us on the fingers of a hand or two at most. Not sure why there are so few of us. In England flying for real is so expensive, I'm lucky if i can manage more than 2 or 3 ' real world ' flights in a year. I'm happy to split my time and lets face it, with simming  I can fly the equipment I want, where I want and I'm not restricted by our predictably poor UK weather. . . What more can a girl ask for! :)

Welcome aboard RTMM and all its great scenery.  I have been absent from the site for awhile due to illness so not up to date on most of the new folks and offerings myself.  But I'll be sure and hit Misty's Place for the beer the new folks have to buy.  Don't be shy about asking any questions as the people here are more than happy to help in anyway possible.

Hello, after lurking a bit decided to join. Had a bit of a rocky start, I probably mistyped or as Mrs. C2 likes to say "fat fingered" a piece of information while signing up. Thankfully Doug came to the rescue and got it squared away, thank you for the prompt response. I had been looking at RTMM for a while and was able to set aside a bit for ORBX PNW & PFJ, finally got Misty's Place going and have been having fun as finally a decent place for my floatplanes.

Once again, a big thanks to Doug.

Take care,
C2

Hello C2,
Welcome to RTMM.  Glad you made it in.  See you at Misty's for a round.  Please post with issues you're having, or if you've got something to share.  Show some screenies or share a story or a joke at Misty's Place.  Thanks for checking in.   8)

Welcome aboard C2, I'm sure you will have a great time 'splashing down' in all the water destinations here in RTMM.  Misty's Place even has a water runway and docks to tie up the A/C while your busy buying the beer at Misty's.
Remember asking questions is free if you need any help.

Hi C2,

Welcome to RTMM!   Take your time looking around because there is a lot to see.  We are a pretty freindly group so don't hesitate to ask questions whether you need help or are just curious about something.

Have fun.

Thanks to all for the welcome aboard. Next round at Misty's is on me. Hope everyone likes Boilermakers! Maybe on the next flight in, some of Mrs. C2's family recipe err, I mean some horse trading.  ;)  Guaranteed to put hair on your chest no matter who you are. I like RTMM because it reminds me of when I was in High School, (years ago) my grandfather and I would fly up into Canada and go fishing when we lived in the Tacoma, Wa. area.

And because eventually someone will ask, yes, that is me on the left in my avatar.

Take care,
C2

C2,

Spud, who's our resident QC manager and Misty's bouncer, also is from the US Navy Aviator ranks. Not sure what he flew back in the day though. Spud, care to enlighten us?
