vAL Group Flight - Sunday 23 June 1900z
« on: June 20, 2013, 11:00:04 PM »
Thought I would post this in a new thread.  For those interested, vAL (virtual Air Logistics) is hosting a short online, multiplayer group flight this Sunday.  We will meet and depart Anchorage PANC for Valdez at 1900z (1500 EDT, 1200 PDT).  All are welcome to attend.  I've asked vAL pilots to fly our Cessna C208 in our vAL livery. (hoping to get some screenshots of several lined up).

We are using the Digital Theme Park FSX multiplayer server and their TeamSpeak 3 setup.  Again, this is a low pressure, low key first flight.  Hoping to spend time flying and getting to know each other via TS.

There are some setup details which need to be handled prior to the event.  I've put together two documents which provide details for setting up TeamSpeak and connecting to the FSX multiplayer session.

If you are interested in coming along on this flight, please meet us on the north air park (near runway 15).

We'll see how things go with this first group flight and schedule more flights for the future.

Hope to see you all there...OH, and if you are interested in joining vAL....we'd love to have you as a member.  Just visit and sign up.

Hope to make the flight Jerry.  Just talked to Zoolander and got citizenship and bookmarked the vAL Pilots Lounge.  O, and I read the SOP!   lol
