Thank you, thank you. It's a great feeling to be clawing my way back to daylight. We've got a place in escrow. A beautiful 1.56 acre lot in a canyon setting with an older, well-maintained mobile on it. No visible neighbors and you can hear a nearby creek running from the deck. 2800' elevation. Gotta get out of this place at 4600' before we freeze to death. Phone service is iffy, though. Will have to get internet from one of those line-of-sight satellite companies.
Got my new hot-rod PC build but it has no CD/DVD burner. Ordered an external one so I can install the sim. Where I'm renting now has insane DL speeds...18 Mbps...so while I'm waiting (UPS won't chain up to deliver, apparently), I'm DL'ing the RTMM libraries, sceneries, Tongass, etc. Managed to save my password book so I've recovered my payware C185, AS Beaver, ASN. My DL folder looks like the Library of Congress. But I'll be ready to start installing. Can hardly wait to tell you all when I'm airborne again.
