Title: transfer cd's to ftx central

I'm trying to get my cd's to ftx central so I can get updates but despite sending a copy of each invoice from the flightstore all 4 applications have been rejected has anyone manage to get one accepted if so how did you do it

 Follow the directions.

  If rejected, you will receive a message as to why and will have another opportunity to resubmit evidence. In the event that eligibility cannot be verified, you will be refunded the license transfer cost.

Yes I followed this . the flight store uk is there but was still rejected. I will try again

If problem with reject
make a ticket to FTX support , with your mail and photo DVD
and they do the validation .

I resubmitted a picture which was hard to read but they accepted them no problem. all the info was the same as b4 but obviously not previously in the correct format.

Also you'll need em' again when things go south with the sim and/or your HD
